To a properly prepped nail, apply 1 coat of OPI Powder Perfection Step 1 Base Coat and immediately dip into Mexico-City Movement. Brush off excess powder.

Using a shallow dish sprinkle Verde Nice to Meet You on top of a layer of Mexico-City Movement.

Using a dotting tool or something similar, draw S-patterns in the powder to marble the colors together. Lightly shake or tap the dish to level the powders.

Pro Tip: The more S-patterns you draw the more blended and “soft” the look becomes. Because we will be adding more “veins” we want this to be a fairly blended soft marble.

Apply a second coat of OPI Powder Perfection Step 1 Base Coat and flip the finger upside down to dip the nail straight down into the dish of powders. Brush off excess powder.

Pour a small amount of OPI Powder Perfection Step 2 Activator into a dampened dish. Using a small acrylic brush dipped into the activator, pick up a small bead of Verde Nice to Meet You and create veins that criss-cross randomly throughout the nail. Use your brush to fade one edge of the line. Wait 2-4 mins before moving on to the next step. (Activator may harden Base Coat Brush if the wait time is not adhered to).

Pro Tip: Activator sets the powder extremely fast. Work in small sections. Consider practicing this technique with traditional monomer and acrylic which will set much slower and allow you to learn how to manipulate the product into the desired shape.

Apply a third coat of OPI Powder Perfection Step 1 base coat and immediately dip into Clear color set powder.

Pro Tip: Use a heavy amount of base coat and float your brush to avoid contact with the activator and avoid brush hardening.

Apply OPI Powder Perfection Step 2 Activator to the entire nail. Wait 2-4 mins.

File using a 180 grit file and buff with the 100/180 and 220/280 buffers. Remove dust.

Apply a second coat of OPI Powder Perfection Step 2 Activator to the entire nail. Wait 2-4 mins.

Apply 2 coats of OPI Powder Perfection Step 3 Top Coat, allow each coat to dry.
