Apply 2 coats of OPI GelColor Bare My Soul and cure each coat for 30 seconds in the OPI LED Light.
Step 3
Draw waves using OPI GelColor Chiffon-d of You.
Step 4
Cure for 30 seconds in the OPI LED Light.
Step 5
Wipe off the tacky layer using an Expert Touch Nail Wipe and N.A.S. 99.
Step 6
Trace the waves using a No-Cleanse Top Coat.
Step 7
Cure for 30 seconds in the OPI LED Light.
Step 8
Using a sponge applicator, rub in OPI Chrome Effects Gold Digger.
Step 9
Dust off the excess powder.
Step 10
Apply 1 coat of a No-Cleanse Top Coat.
Step 11
Cure for 30 seconds in the OPI LED Light.
