Get the Look:

Step 1
Before You Begin: Prep those nails! Follow our OPI Lacquer Prep basics. Apply one coat of Natural Nail Base Coat and allow to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
Apply a thin coat of Put it in Neutral. Allow to dry for 1-2 minutes. Repeat for coverage.
Step 3
Create a french manicure on one side of the nail with Ozitively Elphaba, using the corner of the brush to tuck into the corners and fill in the tip. Repeat on the other side of the nail tip with Glinda the Good! Allow to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Dip a detail brush in Love You So Munchkin and outline the smile line.
Step 5
Continue with the detail brush and Love You So Munchkin to create a line between shades from the center of the smile line to the tip.
Step 6
The Finishing Touch: Apply ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil to the base of each nail and massage in.
