Step by Step
Step 1
A moment of zen. Fill a tub with warm water and a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar for a natural deodorant. Add some essential oils for aromatherapy and soak feet for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Remove one foot and dry off with towel.
Step 3
Remove any lacquer with Expert Touch Nail Wipes, saturated with Expert Touch Lacquer Remover.
Step 4
Massage coconut oil into the heel and other dry areas.
Step 5
Use the OPI Foot Paddle to gently remove callouses, using the white side of the file first, then the softer grey side.
Step 6
Mix Himalayan salt and olive oil to create a natural foot scrub. Apply it to the foot and lower leg in a circular motion using light pressure to exfoliate, then place foot back in the tub and rinse to remove the scrub.
Step 7
Repeat steps 2-6 on the other foot.
Step 8
File nails to desired shape using the Edge 240 File.
Step 9
Add a small amount of OPI Pro Spa Exfoliating Cuticle Cream onto a nail wipe, then rub onto cuticles using the back of the Pusher Plus. Let sit for one minute before pushing back cuticles with the Pusher Plus.
Step 10
Play clean-up crew with Expert Touch Nail Wipes saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Step 11
Use the sides of the Dexterity Tool to remove the loosened cuticle. If needed, remove excess tissue with AccuNip Precision Nipper. Repeat steps 7–11 on the other foot.
Step 12
Buff a move, gently, with a nail buffer. Pro Tip: Skip buffing if client’s nails tend to stain.
Step 13
Say bye-bye to dust and debris with Expert Touch Nail Wipes saturated with N.A.S. 99 Nail Cleansing Solution.
Step 14
Apply one coat of OPI Bond Aid pH Balancing Agent to each nail.

Step 15
Grab your shade of Nature Strong and apply one coat, capping the free edge. Wait to dry, then apply second coat.
Step 16
Seal the deal by applying one coat of Nature Strong Top Coat and cap the free edge.
